Please fill out the form below to purchase photos. Select the names of the photos you would like to purchase by clicking the box under Photo Selection in the form below. (If interested in requesting graphic design services, click LD Graphics in the navigation bar and then click contact.)

Clicking the Submit Order Form Button will send a copy of this form to Lavender Design. After submitting your order, click the Pay Now button which will take you to the secure PayPal site to complete your purchase using a Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPay account.

Upon receipt of funds, a high resolution (300 dot per inch) photo, at the size listed under the photo on this site, will be sent to the email address entered into the form below within 24 hours. Please check that your email address is correct.

For questions or if interested in prints of photos, shipped to an address within the United States, fill out the Questions / Comments / Additional Information section. Then click the Submit Order Form to send to Lavender Design. If purchasing photos, you must then click the Pay Now button.

You are welcome to use watermarked content on a complimentary basis for test or sample (comp) use. Watermarked content cannot be used in any final materials or any publicly available materials.

You do not need to include a photo credit for commercial use. If for editorial use, please credit Lavender Design. You can use the content in an unlimited number of projects and in any media. You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator. The photos are non-exclusive, meaning that you do not have exclusive rights to use the content. Other customers can use the same photo.

You may not use content in a pornographic, defamatory or other unlawful manner. You may not use content in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute content as a standalone file (meaning just the photo file itself, separate from the project or end use). If content is used in controversial circumstance, any person depicted in the photo must be indicated as a model.

Photos may not be used for merchandise with the intention to make a profit where the image is the reason the project is purchased unless you have written consent from Lavender Design. An example is a tee-shirt with the photo as the focal point. Please contact Lavender Design if intending to use a photograph in this manner. Photos may be used for packaging where the product inside is the reason for purchase. Content may not be used in electronic templates if intended for resale or other distribution.

The rights granted to you are non-transferable and non-sublicensable, meaning that you cannot transfer or sublicense them to anyone else, unless purchasing on behalf of employer or client. Or, subcontractors (such as printers) may use images in relation to a project.

There are no refunds on digital images once a high resolution file has been sent to the email address provided. Lavender Design will not be liable to you or any other person or entity for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or similar damages or costs arising from this agreement and use of these photographs.
